Whitelist and why is it important for you?
A Whitelist is a list email addresses or domain names from which an e-mail blocking program also called spam filters will allow messages to be received. Most e-mail services and Internet service providers have put filtering or blocking systems which prevent spam from appearing in subscriber mailboxes.

What you need to do?
To make sure you receive the email messages that you want in your inboxes add the email addresses in your Address book /Contact list , folders etc. Now, if an email or messages comes from a sender who is not in your address book /Contact list , the email may be blocked and you will not see it in your inbox. To help ensure that you get the email that you want, we've provided some program specific instructions. It's easy to add email addresses to popular email programs. Just choose your email program from the top bar, and follow these short instructions.

Hotmail - Adding contact to your safe list for Hotmail users

1. Open your Contacts list
2. Click the Contacts tab. This will open your contacts list
3. Click the Safe list option. This will open your safe list
4. Enter members@shadi.com in the space for address or domain text field and than press the Add button

Yahoo - Adding contact to your safe list for Yahoo users

1. Open your Contacts List
2. Click the Contact tab this will open your Contacts List
3. Click the Add contact button this will open Add Contact form
4. Enter or Paste the email address in the email space, and click Save button

Google - Adding contact to your safe list for Gmail users

1. Open your Contact list
2. Click the Contacts option, this will open your contacts list
3. Click the Add contact button, this will open Add Contact form
4. Enter or Paste members@shadi.com in the email space, and click Save button
5. Open your spam folder
6. Tick the box next to emails, which you want to mark Not Spam

Now Click Not Spam button. Your emails will go to your inbox, add contact to the safe contact list.

MSN - Adding contact to your safe list for MSN users

1. Click Junk Mail in left side this will open the Junk email settings window
2. Click the Safe List option to add a new contact to your Safe List
3. Enter or Paste members@shadi.com into the box and click Add Button and press the Save changes button to finish the process
4. Select the Add Sender to Safe list option, this will add the email address to your Safe Sender list
