I’m Rishi Gipson — a Texas Tech grad with degrees in Animal Science and Personal Financial Planning, blending my agricultural roots with a passion for finance. By day, I split my time between the financial services industry, as Associate Financial Advisor with Gregory Financial & Associates and New York Life, and my family’s ranch, where I serve as CFO and Ranch Manager of Prairie Wood Ranch. I work closely with my dad, our CEO, to oversee livestock, crop, and timber operations, while leading our hunting lease program from marketing and client onboarding to negotiations and long-term relationship management. I’m the primary point of for both hunting clients and agricultural partners, making sure communication is clear and everyone walks away satisfied. On the business side, I handle budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning, aligning our ranch operations with long-term growth and sustainability. I’ve passed the SIE exam and am working towards my Series Licenses. In college, I even served as president of a student-led nonprofit bringing financial education to underserved communities. When I’m not managing finances or running cattle, you’ll find me outdoors — hunting, fishing, camping, or just enjoying the land I grew up on.
