I grew up in a place that gave me a mix of structure and curiosity—enough grounding to know who I am, and enough freedom to explore what excites me. That foundation was further solidified by my time in the military and law enforcement, which taught me the true weight of discipline, respect, and duty. Over time, I’ve learned how to move between these different worlds and feel at home in each of them. My path through school and service reflects that same balance. I’m currently working toward my bachelor’s in business management, applying that same level of intention to my professional development as I do to my personal life. I take what I do seriously and try to carry myself with integrity, but I’ve never been interested in living a one-dimensional life.Growth and new experiences matter to me. Outside of work, I have a side of me that thrives on energy and expression. I enjoy raves—if you know the local scene, you’ve probably heard of Push—for the atmosphere and the shared sense of being in the moment. It’s a way to reset and feel connected. I’m also into photography and shibari, not for shock value, but for the artistry, trust, and communication they involve. I understand these interests aren’t for everyone, and that’s okay— they’re meaningful to me, and I value being honest about what I enjoy.At the same time, I value being a gentleman. Respect, awareness, and how you treat people matter to me. I believe you can be adventurous and still grounded, open-minded while maining strong values. Music isn’t a huge part of my day-to- day life, but I do enjoy going out to see live bands when I can, especially around Chapel Hill. I’ve caught acts like The Reverend Horton Heat, Mojo Nixon, Los Straitjackets, and The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band. There’s something about the raw, live energy that’s hard to replicate.On weekends, I like to keep a balance—sometimes going out and experiencing something new, other times keeping things low-key and reging. Overall, I’m someone who appreciates contrast: energy and calm, spontaneity and intention. I know who I am, I stay curious, and I value real, genuine connections. Someone special that I can depend on and someone that can rely on me. My family & friends describe me as: I am Dependable, Respectable, Caring, Loyal, Affectionate, Humble.
