I am Maitreyi Dandekar, born and brought up in Pune. I belong to a well-knit family that consists of my parents, my maternal grandfather and my younger sister who is currently in the final year of her engineering graduation. I did my schooling in Marathi Medium. My graduation in Commerce and PGDM in Financial Management has been in English Medium. I also happen to be an avid film buff. I have good command over Marathi, English and Hindi. Apart from my professional interests I find enjoyment in gardening, trying different cuisines from all the corners of the world. I listen to light music, like to travel a lot. I surf on internet, am hooked to facebook and watch cricket with keen interest. When I look forward to seeking a life partner, I have a mature person of suitable age and family background in mind, well educated, well-mannered and having a clear cut idea about his career plans. He should sincerely believe and practice gender equality, let me pursue my interest.
