I am fairly new to Shadi and find it a bit awkward having to write “about myself.” At any rate, here it goes…If you believe in astrology then you will appreciate that I exhibit many of the “LEO” traits to the tee: Confident, Ambitious, Generous, Loyal, & Passionate. I am a “hopeless romantic.” I was born in India and have been in the US since high school. My background has provided me with a healthy perspective on Eastern/Western values, & traditions. I enjoy music, art, photography, reading, watching/playing sports, documentary/movies, listening to NPR, BBC, CNBC, being outdoors, hiking, biking, canoeing, swimming, working out, giving my time to worthy causes (i.e. volunteering), spending time with family/ friends, & traveling the world. I am passionate about traveling the globe & have made it a point to visit a new destination every year. My upcoming trip will take me to East Africa! I have a very rewarding career working in the medical field for a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical/Device Company. I take a lot of pride in my work & in all that I do, in all aspects of my life.
