I am a practicing Muslim who wears hijab. I would describe myself as being a kind and sincere individual , who has a positive out look on life. The glass is never have empty, but rather half full. In my opinion life is too short...therefore its better to forgive, forget and move on. Having been born and raised in Toronto, with family ties in Pakistan, I feel I have a healthy balance of both western and eastern values. I am a healthcare professional with a Masters degree. In my free time I do volunteer work, go to the gym, learn more about Islam and spend quality time with family and friends. I enjoy reading, going out to nice restaurants and traveling. My idea of a nice relaxing weekend would involve renting a cottage away from the city, were I could enjoy the company of my significant other. I am looking for a partner who is Muslim, who was either born in Canada or has been living here 10 years. I am interested in meeting individuals who have a university degree, are gainfully employed, honest and responsible; but also like to have fun. A sense of adventure wouldn`t be too bad either.
