Hey there :) About Me: - I am well settled in most aspects of my life and now looking for the final missing piece. I have seen status, money come and go in life, and as such I have never made it a priority in my life. I believe in living simple loving life with family (mine and "hers"). I have been in Toronto area since 01 and am well settled here so not open to relocating. - I have been raised in defense background (dad is an ex-IAF fighter pilot). Traveled every years within India so exposed to few different Indian cultures as well. - I have been fortunate in my life to travel and live in different parts of the world since 90s - living in few places in India, Africa, NYC, Vancouver have been the major parts of my life. - I am a good blend of both east & west and I owe it to my parents who are liberal yet at the same time instilled pride for our culture and humanity as a whole. - I like to keep things simple in life... not into too much drama (that's for movies :)). - I am a romantic and still believe in soulmate n love. - I joke around n smile a lot n have the knack of making even strangers feel as though they have known me for ages. We hail from Amritsar/Chandigarh but I never had opportunity to live there for long periods since dad was in defense. My elder brother and his family are settled in NYC and I have been blessed with nieces n 1 nephew who are lil babies still. love them like crazy n chachu is the best :) About my "SOLUMATE": The things I do care about are that my "soulmate" have just some basic normal (kinda hard to find normal people nowadays) qualities... n trust me these are really regular things but kind of rare nowadays. So here goes: want a beti for my parents, loves kids, humble yet strong, thodi si manchaali, respects people and values relationships. I am attracted to people who are simple, classy and are not into showing off. Please DONT contact me if (I know this will filter out many but these are the basics I expect from myself as well): - you cant be nice to others and think rude/snotty is okay than I am not the one for you - if you have ego issues or believe in being above others - if you don't communicate, sorry but this isn't a mailing list that I am signing up for - if you want someone to run after you.... people in love are into each other n not running after the other - this is an odd one but I have to make it clear: if you are into drugs n find it cool than great for you but please excuse me :) - I want to have a family so if you dont want to have kids with me than I am not the one for you! - if you are not going to share more than 1 recent pic when you get in touch - I prefer meeting some one local however if you still want to get in touch than dont expect me to go overseas just to meet you n neither am I planning on having a marriage ceremony abroad - please contact yourself initially rather than your family or friends. this is a matter of your life and your parents can help get you in touch with someone but if you cant carry it forward and make your own decisions than chances are you will not make them in future either which is a NO NO!! - last one is going to filter out a lot - I will be nicest person you run into however do not take it as my weakness this is by choice n being brought up to respect people n especially women so the ones who give/show attitude arent my cup of tea & it might be best for them to deal with guys who are similar to them :)
