Salam, I’m here with the intention of finding a suitable life partner, In Shaa Allah. I am grateful to Allah that I work as a software engineer, but outside of work family means everything to me. I enjoy spending time withy family doing mundane things. I'm hoping to connect with someone who is educated, emotionally aware, and believes in growing together as partners. Someone who can appreciate different perspectives and values communication - because I believe that's the foundation of any strong relationship. I've been trying to deepen my understanding of the deen and would prefer a Sunni, practicing partner who shares that mindset. Being regular in salah and fasting, and mindful of their responsibilities as a spouse, are important qualities to me. I personally appreciate the wisdom in the roles Islam outlines within a marriage - with the husband taking on the role of qawwam (provider and protector), and the wife naturally leaning into a more nurturing and supportive role, while still maining mutual respect and understanding between both partners. While I enjoy my career and plan to stay involved in my professional journey in some capacity, I also believe that family comes first. That balance is something I'd like to figure out together, with the right person and in the right circumstances.
